Arenga Coffe by Koffea Signature

Hello everyone...
How was your day? What coffee do you drink today? Are you sure that you are not start your day with coffee? I am not started my morning with coffee but I end my day with a cup of coffee from Koffea Signature.

Koffea Signature is a coffee shop brand in Indonesia. This is my first time seeing this coffee shop. I think this is a new brand. I was interested in trying their signature coffee because you know I like exploring coffee from various coffee shops.

I ordered a signature from Koffea Signature, it was A cup of hot Arenga Coffee.

Koffea Signature is located at Gandaria City Mall, precisely in the inner circle of Lotte Mart. This coffee shop is still new so I am very enthusiastic to try its signature coffee.

Of all the coffee variants they sell, I am most interested in Arenga Coffee. I've never had the name Arenga on the menu. According to the Barista, Arenga is Milk Coffee mixed with palm sugar. Palm sugar, which is part of the name Arenga, means palm sugar.

• Arenga Coffee

Arenga Coffee is one of the mainstay menus from Koffea Signature. Arange Coffee is coffee made from a blend of selected coffee beans with sweet vanilla cream mixed with fresh milk. The final touch is palm sugar which disguises the bitter taste of the coffee.

I never thought that I would get coffee with paintings on the surface. It looks like I'm being treated to coffee by someone who likes me hahaha

By the way I loved Arenga Coffee. Arenga coffee has a slightly sweet and creamy taste, just like most coffee with palm sugar. But I have to be honest that I really like the taste of this coffee. At first I thought that the barista didn't add much sugar to the coffee, but when the coffee was left over it turned out that the sugar wasn't stirred properly so it wasn't as sweet as other coffees which have normal amounts of sugar. But I think this is good because my tongue can still taste the taste of authentic coffee beans. So thanks for the barista. I think I will repeat order the Arenga Coffee.

Arange coffee has a lot of foam, it makes my cup look very full even though the coffee is only around 200 ml. However, the foam is also delicious so the small portion of water can be forgiven. Then the price, for me it's a bit expensive. I had to pay almost USD 2 for one cup of hot Arenga coffee which I could finish in 30 seconds. But it is still okay for me. Might be later I will order the large size so I can not finished longer.
