Vienna has a lot to offer in case of beautiful buildings and the Castle of Schönbrunn is one of the buildings that is very beautiful enlighted in the evening. Unfortunately they closed their Gates very early and the open gate here in the picture could only be used to leave the areal, visiting or entering wasn't allowed anymore so I couldn't get closer to the castle and I had to do some pictures from outside the gates. This is always the problem with buildings that close to early because then it is not really possible to get the perfect pictures since when the light of the sunset is the best then it is already closed or entering is already prohibited.
Unfortunately blue hour is one of the best times to do some architecturephotography at least when the buildings are enlighted with artificial light. When the sky is already black I don't like it that much, I really prefer the blue hour for pictures like these, that's why I often visit those places during this time.

oh man - da kommen ja Kindheitserinnerungen hoch..
Kindheitserinnerungen, wegen Wien?
