Last Year in late Spring early Summer I visited Piran in Slovenia and stayed in Croatia for some days. It was really nice since the waether was already nice and warm there and I could go for a swim in the Mediterranean Sea. I visited some birding spots like an old soline that was used by the romans and ate some good food in the Slovenian Town that has a lot of good italian food. This is a place were I defenitely need to visit again some day soon, maybe even sooner than later. Since I can reach it with my car in 1 day I can go there for a short trip over a prolonged weekend for example, like I did last time.
Till now I don't have something like this in mind but I have to make some holiday plans and hope I can get some nice inspiration for this years holiday.
