The Distant View This November Brought Us

Greetings, Fellow Hill Watchers!

Sharing some mild natural harmony moment alongside the a bit sharper anthropogenic landscape elements.

Ah, the dust speckles on my sensor... :( It took me awhile to take them out of the picture. Even backgrounds and closed apertures tend to not go well with DSLR cameras which have often been opened during lens change. No matter what one does, it gets in. I have a mirrorless camera that has never been unlensed and relensed and it still has speckles on its sensor.

The view... The view is quite distant. Hence, not very sharp. But in clear weather I can see villages that are more than 10 miles away. Yeah, it's a crop of a casual view that I could observe daily. Weather conditions do make it interesting from time to time.

Snow is not its usual.

And that's why I captured this moment as it is. No great photographical performance, just registering the rare occasion.

That on itself is my credo.

Oh, wait... before I go, I could probably give you a few crops of the larger image so that you can see various details, albeit fuzzy sometimes.

Here we go...

Some...

... in the field and up the slope.

A three-story building with quite the size. Probably the school in the village. Most probably not in use, anymore. School busses drive the village children to town nowadays.

Not enough pupils locally so maintaining a functioning school is a luxury few villages can afford.

Three layers of clouds. What more can I wish for?

Well, I am sure you can think of a lot to wish but sill... It is what it is.

Peace and Clear Sight!

Yours,
