We're celebrating for turning 3 years on the platform and we want to celebrate it in the way that characterizes the club: distributing extra rewards!
So today we distribute, in an extra way, the first big power down of the club among all those who have made this club possible: our dear members.
The total distribution, among all members, is going to be 4,900 HIVE.
Those who will take most of that amount are the oldest members of the club and with higher memberships (since they are the ones who have contributed the most with their grain of sand during these years). As an example, a Red Diamond who has been with us for 3 years will get three times more than a Red Diamond who has only been in the club for 1 year.
In addition, more aspects are taken into account for this payment, such as the contribution to the club by other means, extra jobs or sacrifices, etc.
We hope you're pleasantly surprised by this extra remuneration and that you know that this club is like your home.

¡Quién lo hubiera dicho! Yo apenas apenas estaba empezando por el Steemit de aquel entonces, y me llegaba la invitación para formar parte de un proyecto que estaba a punto de iniciarse, un proyecto que pretendía ser realmente equitativo y demostrar que la unión hace la fuerza. Me acuerdo de comentarlo con Chejonte (qué lástima no verlo por aquí desde hace tiempo), porque nos sentíamos extraños; tan diminutos como éramos, pero Dresden, a quien veíamos como un pionero de la plataforma, nos contactaba por los contenidos que hacíamos..., ¡como si también fuéramos otros Juancar!
La verdad es que ha merecido muchísimo la pena. Por lo que me ha ayudado a crecer, tanto en la vieja plataforma como en esta nueva, y por la gente increíble que he conocido gracias al club, gente que me ha motivado a seguir duro con la creación de contenidos, y con la que, en algunos casos, se ha forjado una relación que trasciende el propio club.
Tres años ya de The Talent Club... Y eso que, a veces, no nos lo han puesto fácil. Pero bueno, que aquí seguimos, ¡y a toda máquina!

Fueron comienzos muy duros pero el tiempo nos ha demostrado que en la unión reside la fuerza y que tanto nuestros objetivo como el trayecto empleado para lograrlos, eran los correctos.
Un verdadero placer que el club esté compuesto de verdaderos fenómenos como vosotros.
Aquí hay mucho talento, de verdad, y no solo por el nombre del club.
Para mí, @talentclub es sinónimo de amigos, de familia, de buenos momentos; gracias por 3 años maravillosos, gracias por crecer juntos, por creer en nosotros como creadores de contenido y que vengan muchos años más. Feliz cumpleaños Talentclub y felicidades a su fundador @dresden, que ha logrado navegar, sin rendirse y sin permitir que nosotros nos rindamos.
