Exactly. Kind of same deal in Vegas but not really. Its usually goes to jury trial and the jury's typically rule in favor of the property owner. It gets messy if they survive🤔🤨 Gotta love litigation.

"Dead men tell no tales." - a lawyer speaking in regards to knowing who is assaulting you.

In Canada, if a pathological liar is assaulting you, you are much better off defending against 2nd degree murder, with a VERY LOW conviction rate, than the VERY HIGH chance Canadians will find you guilty of aggravated assault for protecting yourself.

If there is 1 dishonest nerve in the tongue of the person who is harming you, kill them in Canada...

Oh yeah its relative. Still yet, Nevada's populace is changing and that wont the case after a while. It is different state to state.

I don't agree with proving intent, I should be God on my property and anyone is below me.

With in reason though... At least a well posted I got gun and I will shoot sign and marked out property (fence ideally) line. But then yeah fair game. I just think some humanity and discretionary measures should be put in play like a simple well noticed sign(s)

It gets wild down by the Texas border. Where in some places the government is allowing it to happen you know the crossing of the border onto people's property lines. I know someone going through this. The federal government is or has been assisting the trespassers. But last I heard local laws enforcement was stepping up and helping them property owners.

Yeah the warnings on my property will be intense, my mom likes to play victim how you just did and I will assure you and anyone else, the trespasser will have to climb a 20 foot wall, and there will be more than 1 audio warning from the second the touch the property line.

I plan on getting a LRAD if it's legal for the public to completely disable any intruder during the warning phase.

If they are willing to fight off deafening loud noises to trespass, I will shoot for the head.

That is hard core but cool!

Well dude it is situational like with Hunters
