SIGLI – The Government of Pidie Regency through the Procurement Service Unit (ULP) has so far not carried out the bidding process for the procurement of goods/services for the 2023 fiscal year. The reason for the review is the delay in the tender process for dozens of packages with a total budget of more than IDR 91 billion.

Head of ULP Setdakab Pidie, Maimun, to portalsatu.com, Wednesday, May 3 2023, explained that the tender process for the 2023 project had not been carried out, because there were incomplete material requirements so it had to be returned to the Regency Work Unit (SKPK) as the owner of the work to be repaired.

"We haven't been able to broadcast it yet, because after being examined by the ULP Working Group (Pokja), some were incomplete, so we had to return them to the relevant offices to correct and complete deficiencies," said Maimun when met at his office.

The completeness that must be included is 25 percent of the use of the Domestic Component Level (TKDN). Because of the new rules, improvements must be made to the project prior to the tender process.

His party has asked the relevant agencies to immediately repair it and hand it back to ULP so that the tender process can be carried out. He also promised that next week it could be processed and published on the Electronic Procurement Service (LPSE).

"God willing, next week it will start broadcasting on LPSE," said Maimun who also admitted that the screening process at LPSE was being carried out in stages.

Maimun admitted that he did not know the exact number of projects for Pidie Regency for the 2023 budget year. The reason has not yet been exhausted in data from the offices.

"We don't know for sure the number of project packages. We estimate that around 80 packages with a total budget of IDR 91 billion come from more than three budget sources, namely the Special Autonomy Fund for Aceh (DOKA), the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) and the General Allocation Fund (DAU)," said Maimun who admitted that he did not know the details.

As for the most packages, continued Maimun, the Department of Housing and Settlements (Perkim) had as many as 37 packages. 17 packages for Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR), 6 packages for the Education Office and 3 packages for the Health Service. The rest is yet to be known how many Perdinas packages are, because repair data has not been returned.[] Source: Portalsatu.com/Zamahsari
