Government Owned Services Needed A Lot Of Improvement

Every day we come across some or the other institution owned by the government or privately owned. A person avails the facility of both according to his need. Now if we talk about the services of the government committee, then in most of the countries it is seen that very few people like the things owned by the government. The biggest example of this is government hospitals. I am giving the example of government hospitals because there are many countries whose health system is very bad and the biggest reason for this is that the government does not pay much attention to its health system. People who are poor and cannot afford expensive expenses are the ones who wander for treatment in government hospitals. If seen, the government of any country should improve its health system because it is very important for every person and a person may need treatment at any time, due to which government systems should be improved. On the other hand, if you look at a privately owned hospital, then there is a huge difference between me and a government hospital. In a government owned hospital you will get to see only a few selected facilities but in a private owned hospital you will get all types of facilities but only those people can afford these facilities who have a lot of money.

Secondly, if we talk about schools, the arrangements in government schools are also not very good. If we talk about private schools, then better education and a good environment is seen there, but if we talk about a government school, where there are highly qualified teachers, the environment there is very bad and the education is not very good. This is the reason why today many parents get their children admitted in private schools because they know that if they get their children admitted in a government school, then their children will have to face a lot of problems in the future and this problem can create a lot of problems in their future career. The parents who are teachers in government schools get their children admitted in some good private schools, this clearly means that when people themselves cannot trust the government schools where I am a teacher, then how will anyone else be able to trust.

Apart from this, the condition of government offices is very bad and people's work is pending there and there is no one to listen to them and no action is taken against them. Due to this, people do not trust the government system and they are forced to resort to private services. The biggest drawback of government systems is that the attitude of many of their employees is very bad. Those employees are such who think that if we have got a government job, then no one can remove us from this job, whether we work or not, it will not make any difference. Such mentality is really very bad because the common people suffer a lot due to this. Many works of people get stopped and those who do not have good contacts in those offices, their work does not get done many times.

One advantage I get from government facilities is that people's work is done at a very low cost but a lot of effort is required for this and not everyone's work gets done easily. The advantage of private facilities is that you will get all the facilities here but you have to pay a heavy price for it which not everyone can afford.
