Always stay fit health is wealth

Gud day friends how was your night rest i hope it was wonderful, welcome back to my blog it my pleasure participating in this ongoing content #hl-w31e2 than to the admin and mod for always having something for us to discuss and learn too.
Today topic is staying fit.

Staying fit is very important to human because it helps to keep our mind and soul refresh.

Most people think that only people that need to keep fit is only the fat people and the forgot that exercise is good for everyone because it helps us stay healthy.

I will say staying fit is very essential to human. Most times medical doctor advise their patient to always keep fit. Why because people who stay fit have a lower risk of developing any health issue.

I can't imagine myself going a day without work out i see staying fit as one of the things i can't go a day without any day i don't work my body will be very heavy.

I don't visit the gym but i still have my regular work out session at home since i can't go to gym in the morning due to my work.

My daily routine
Once i wake up i will drink a glass of water drinking of water early in the morning before you start any activity is very important because it helps in flushing toxins out of our body system after that i will some work out to stay fit. My favorite work out is sit up and jogging

I chose sit up because i hate big Tommy but with this work out am able to burn essence flat and maintain my flat Tommy i can't like it when dress my Tommy will be out am very serious with this work out.

Jogging is also my favorite work out because it helps to prepare me for the day to stay fit, flexible any active at work it also helps in reducing essence sugar from our body.

Benefit of staying fit

  • It helps in controlling our weight: frequent keep fit will help us to watch our weight. It will also help us to eat light in order to maintain our body shape.

  • Staying fit will help us to have a long life spam

  • It helps us to stay strong, flexible and active during our daily activities

  • It helps to reduce our risk of health issue

Conclusion: it is very important we stay fit because health is wealth we most always stay fit.

Drinking water first thing in the morning is truly beneficial. It can activate the digestive system and help eliminate waste
