Luckily I have you guys around, I have always learned how Latin American countries and Asians could reduce their birth rate, but never imagined that countries in Africa still suffer, important countries like Nigeria struggling with that. For sure education is the best path, and I guess that the Nigerian government failed a lot in bringing that to the population. Well still governments in Latin American countries fail with that, but somehow the birth rate is reduced over there. the high rates are still focused on the poor population with low access to education.
