My first job experience was working at a restaurant

After I had completed my schooling, I had to enroll in college. After school you get 4 to 5 months off after which you enroll in college. I was completely free during those holidays, just doing housework or watching games or movies on the mobile. We used to get bored after seeing all this. My friends used to work part-time during those holidays. Used to do different part-time jobs in different places. I met a friend who also worked part-time in a restaurant and the rest of the time he stayed at home and did housework.

I also thought of working part time and talked to my family. The family members forbade and said that you are old enough to study now, when it is time to work, work at that time. But I was quite bored staying at home, so after much love and persuasion I persuaded my family to work part-time and they agreed. My family asked me what job you went to do. I told them that I will talk to my friend and he will get me a part-time job somewhere.

The next day I went to the friend and told him about the part-time job and he asked me to give him my CV. I will call you after I speak with the manager. I did not have enough education to place me in a big position or in a big company. I got a call from my friend after 2 days. He said that tomorrow is your interview. You must walk with me. I am very happy to hear this. The next day I went to my friend's place in the evening and went with him to his restaurant. There he introduced me to his manager. The manager asked me questions and said you can order at the counter. I happily replied that I don't know how to do it but if you teach me I will. The manager said, "Okay, if you come tomorrow, it will take two or three days." Start working after learning. I started going to work with my friend from the second day. On the first day I went to the restaurant and was given a uniform. I put it on and stood at the counter with a guy. The boy is taking the order from the customer and writing it in the computer. And then takes money from them. At first glance, this task seemed very easy. But this work is very difficult and responsible.

I was standing alone at the counter since 2 days. And taking orders from customers, I was standing there feeling pretty good, my first job in life. In the initial days I used to get very tired as I have to stand here from 5 pm to 12 midnight. But gradually I got used to it and now I am quite settled in this place. The staff here was also very good. And I was enjoying working here. And I was also getting to learn a lot. Earning money is not easy when I started earning myself then I realized how hard my father earns money and we waste it. Indeed, our parents have worked hard to bring us to this point and I understand now. That parents work hard day and night for the good future of their children and make them a good person.

I worked here for about 3 months. I really enjoyed working here. There was a lot of work here and it was very difficult to stand all the time and take orders. My family also forbade me but I went of my own free will and by going there I realized the value of money and how hard it is to earn money. I am now preparing for college admission. And I have borne the admission expenses myself. After that I thought that after college I should find a good job and help my family.

This was my first job experience and I really enjoyed it. According to my education here, I was supposed to get this job and the salary in this job was very low. But I got to learn a lot from the first job. I came to know how hard parents earn money for their children. I should finish my studies quickly and start a good job and support my family.
