My fellow Hivians, this robot and AI matter is a serious thing no doubt! It's possible some of us are scared of being removed from our jobs.

The new technology is making people scared about the controversy of robots or AI taking over our jobs anytime.

Anyways, let's not lie to ourselves, we humans still have a special role that machines cannot play at all.

As the quote says, "It's people and how they behave that makes organizations succeed. Not systems, processes, computers or machines."_Mark Horseman.

We humans are the ones who run an organizations from day one, robots are just tools to assist. Even if robots can do certain things in our present jobs, human beings must still be involved to manage and coordinate everything. It's us that will still make major decisions and strategize on how to use the robots and AI properly.

So what will happen if a robot or AI just removes us from the jobs we are doing? My advice is don't be afraid at all! Open your minds and see the new opportunities coming up. This world is changing every day, new skills and new fields are emerging.

Don't just look at it that your skills are obsolete, keep upgrading and learning new things. If you are willing to adapt and retrain yourselves, you will be able to shift to new careers that will be more useful and relevant for the future.

Maybe you'll become the ones that will design, program or maintain the robots and AI systems. Or you can still use your existing skills to enter new industries and new roles that are just starting.

At the end of the day, it's only human beings that have creativity, emotional intelligence and critical thinking that machines cannot do. It's these human elements that will still be very important for any organization or industry, no matter how much technology improves.

So, we need not be afraid of robots and AI taking over our jobs. Rather, we should embrace the change happening, be ready to learn new skills, and always look for ways we can add value that will keep us relevant for the future workforce.

This is a really serious matter that we all need to think deeply about. Because with the speed in which technology is moving, it's possible these kinds of robots and AI can just remove jobs in some fields before we even know what's happening.

That's why it's very important that we as human beings are always one step ahead. We must be open and ready to adapt to the new changes and situations coming up. Not to just be afraid, but instead strategize and prepare ourselves on how to stay relevant for the future.

Lets consider this scenario; if robots can handle most of the tasks currently performed by humans then humans will have the chance to transition towards creative strategic and innovative roles. It is the capabilities of beings such, as critical thinking, problem solving skills and emotional intelligence that will be essential in driving organizations forward in the era of automation.

Of viewing robots as a threat to our jobs we should embrace it as an opportunity to elevate ourselves into higher level positions with responsibilities. While robots take care of tasks we can focus on strategic planning, decision making and fostering innovation in our work.

This shift will open up avenues for humans to delve into territories and acquire new skills that are crucial, for the future workforce.ts handling routine tasks like data entry, logistics, assembly lines and all those kinds of things. That means human beings are free to focus on value-adding roles like strategy, design, creativity, innovation and all that.

The jobs might change, but human intelligence, creativity and strategic thinking must still guide organizations and economies no matter what. As long as we are proactive about always updating our skills and staying relevant, machines cannot just replace us anyhow.

In fact, AI and automation will even be better enablers for human beings if we strategically upskill ourselves to take on the new roles that will emerge. With robots to handle the routine work, we will focus on the interesting, intellectual and innovative aspects that leverage our unique human abilities.

Yes, some disruptions will happen and some roles will become obsolete. But anybody willing to adapt, re-skill and embrace the changes will see amazing new opportunities opening for them. The main thing is for us to have a growth mindset, we must not limit or minds but be read to learn continuously.

We should see AI and robots as tools to assist and amplify human capabilities, rather than by threatened by their existence. They can take over the repetitive, tedious aspects of work, while we move to roles that will excite our creativity, curiosity and problem-solving abilities.

At the end, machines are only tools that human ingenuity created. As long as we keep developing that ingenuity through continuous learning and skill upgrading, we will always find ways not just to co-exist with AI and robots, but to thrive with them.

Let's be proactive to equip ourselves with the skills of the future. Let's have an open mind, be adaptable and always hungry to learn and grow. If we do that, nothing can stop the amazing opportunities we will create for ourselves during this technological change period.

We have to strategize and find ways to stay relevant as the world evolves. As long as we have a growth mindset, are willing to learn new things and adapt, machines cannot just remove us like that. We will always find meaningful roles to play that will add value.
