Good day everyone! This is going to be 73rd week of the Hive Learners Prominent Author Of The Week campaign.


So What is The Prominent Author of The Week About?


The aim of the Prominent Author of the Week is to reward five great contents of authors shared from our weekly prompts in the community. This way, we get to encourage authors to be more active and try to be the best they can be in their content creation.

How Would The Initiative Run?

  • 5 Posts/Authors would be selected from the weekly prompts (including creative sunday posts) every week
  • Every Thursday night, we would be sharing announcements for the five winning authors
  • All five selected authors would be rewarded with lazy-panda curation trail upvotes.

This author, @sperosamuel15 talks about lying and if there's ever a reasonable reason for anyone to tell a lie. In order to properly pass across his message, the author takes us to his medical field and talks about few occasions where he had play around with words, rather than just tell the brutal truth.

From Politicians to Influencers: The Lies We Believe and Why



This author, @manclar also talks about lies, telling us that people tell lies for different reasons, and that sometimes, a lie is necessary especially during life or death situations. The author also goes further to tell us that sometimes, a lie is necessary for us to eventually find out the truth.

The truth hurts, is it always good to tell the truth? / La verdad duele, es siempre bueno decir la verdad?

This author @ladyaryastark also talks about telling lies, and although the author is of the opinion of always telling the truth, they also admit that there are times when a little white lie wouldn't hurt, especially if it has to do with situations that don't hold much weight or importance and not something serious.

WHAT IS A LIE?

In this post, this author @kilvnrex takes a different approach to the topic on telling lies. Using the author's words, he goes ahead to describe a lie as a perversion from the truth with intent to mislead a person or people into fulfilling personal or selfish desires.

If I was the cure

In this post, this author @xlety us their thoughts on what they would do if they found out that they had the cure of cancer in their DNA and needed to be studied for the rest of their lives in order to keep on producing their cure from them. And according to the author, they would gladly do that, knowing that somewhere, there is a child who's able to live a normal life because of her own sacrifice.
