My love for reading and writing

Undoubtedly, one of the factors that has influenced my changes as a person has been to cultivate the habit of reading and writing. This is something that goes back several years ago, when I was still a junior in high school, and I was like in a bubble world. I lived to meet my mother's expectations in terms of grades and I used to have fun in my free time with video games.

Those two points mentioned before, pushed me a little more to limit my communication and the bonds I developed with other people could be counted on the fingers of my hands. It was in third grade, when the guidance teacher would make some evaluations based on the reading of certain books, such as "The knight in rusty armor" and "who took my cheese", two books that in my opinion are very good and are excellent for someone to start reading.

Reading those two books allowed me to broaden my perspective on the world and ignited in me a fever to read and discover more words, worlds and knowledge hidden behind the books that other people wrote. After that, I didn't stay quiet, I asked for more books, and I met Haruki Murakami, Carlos Ruiz Zafón, Julio Verne, Dan Brown, Ernesto Sábato and a long etcetera.

This has undoubtedly changed me, nowadays I don't play any kind of video games, I prefer to read. I also cultivate the habit of writing in my free time and when I can participate in contests held in my country I do it, although I'm still a novice =)
