NEWBIES INITIATIVE TASK 7_the final task! || FEEDBACKS AND RECOUNT OF HIVE GOALS

Everything that has a beginning, always has an end however, it still seems like yesterday when I joined the Newbies Initiative Program initiated by @starstrings01 and his amiable team members where undiluted knowledge has been dishing out to the active participants all along. I am deeply grateful and honored to have been chosen for this initiative

Initially, it was planned to be a 3 months program but then, we have been lucky to enjoy the extension till 5 months and I wish not to graduate from this program 🤩🤩, but here we are, graduates from being newbies 🥳🥳💪

The journey has been a pleasant one, spiced with all kinds of knowledge needed for growth in this blockchain. One thing I am grateful to God and proud of myself has been my dedication and commitment to this program. I yearn for success, I was eager to know more and so I never missed any of the Newbies live tutorials via discord neither did I miss submitting all the tasks given to us and I can tell you that the difference is clear in my hive journey so far! I became a questionnaire herself on the quest for more knowledge and as of today, I was able to beat some percentage of Hive's learning curve I needed to strive in this blockchain through this program.

Let me dive into the questions presented to the graduating Newbies🤩🥳🥳

So far, I think the Newbies Initiative is one of the best (if not the best) support systems on Hive for anyone that follows their guide. You will encounter this chain that leads to growth in this blockchain through this initiative. To me, I can say that this initiative is a life saver to so many wandering Newbies like I was before I have an encounter with the program. I was lost but found through this initiative. It has been beneficial to me in the aspect of having the basic knowledge of how the blockchain works and I can then stretch myself further to strive here with time.

The foundation the Newbies received is a solid one and I can't thank the team behind this program enough!

Wow, the tasks have been so helpful to me for the little growth I have attained so far. The first task given was setting a smart goal. This particular task helped me to remain focused, I wore consistency and perseverance-like cloth to ensure that I achieve my goals and it's been helping me generally.

The second task was markdown styles. I didn't know about this before but after the task, I started having more presentable content for my readers unlike before.

The third task was about the Hive keys and security. This was an eye opener on knowing the uses of each of the hive keys and how to safeguard them and lots more!

The fourth task was the Hive DAPPS. Knowing other frontends was a huge advantage to me through this task and tutorial. At first, I thought it only peaked until this task reveal other Dapps👌.

The fifth task was the use of tags and tribe tokens. These tasks were so helpful to me in understanding how to use tags appropriately to my advantage and also how I can earn tribe tokens, this was huge!

The sixth task was about blockchain games and splinterlands. I didn't know games can help one to earn massively here but this task dissected how it works and it was fantastic.

The seventh task happens to be this one you are reading. Recounting my goals; the goals were achievable more than what I set! All these tasks were achievable through the detailed tutorial given to us by @starstrings0 @projectmamabg, @bruno-kema, @prayzz, @samostically, and @ksam. I am deeply grateful to you all🙏💪👍😘🥰

Well, already the founder of this initiative mentioned that there will be a total re-structure of the whole process however, I would love to point out an important observation I made during the program.

• There was no one to access our submitted task at least to see if there is a mixed-up in understanding. I think assigning one or two persons to always check the submitted task for assessment, errors and corrections will yield more results in the learning process.

• Also any beneficiary of the program who portrays a nonchalant attitude in attending to the task given may be withdrawn from the program if he or she fails to submit the task on two occasions without any form of permission. This will make other beneficiaries sit up and take the program more seriously and if possible make it competitive!

Oh yes, we were advised to set a smart goal at the beginning which includes our targeted HP, Reputation, and followers, at the end of the program! Here is mine

MY HIVE POWER

At the time we started, my hive power was 131.252 as seen below...I set a goal of achieving an extra 100Hp. This is because, my situation in hive then was nothing to write home about 🤦🤩, but this program through their support changed the narratives.

Initially, I had a reputation of 58 and I set to achieve 60 but currently achieved 65 as my reputation.

As for my followers, I had 64 followers by then however, I set to achieve 30 more followers but currently, I have 178 followers as seen below ...

MY ADVICE TO THE INCOMING NEWBIES
I have a few words of advice for you all; be consistence and be creative if you can. Be patient, don't compare yourself to others but rather get angry for success. What do I mean by this? Ask questions on anything you don't understand here, and don't close your mouth if you are confused at some point. You can't survive alone here, you need others to succeed, so make friends who will help push each other to grow. Finally don't plagiarise please and be grateful for everything😊
