Life is full of stress and we have a lot of things to stress us as the day goes by. We can never go wrong with sleep and yes, sleep is the first contact. Meditation is nice as you have rightly said and it was a smart choice to reduce your time on the screen. Another thing I would say is to observe nature. Taking a walk around a garden or seeing beautiful flowers or just observing the birds or the clouds or anything with the nature tag can be so refreshing. Nature is a healer and a good stress diffuser.
