The societal pressure is seriously much but I would act like any Rome even if I found myself in Rome, reason why is because I don't know how to fake things neither do I know how to copy someone's lifestyle.
But for everyone that fall because of the pressure I don't blame them because it is not everyone that can withstand the pressure.

When I said "when in Rome, don't be foolish", I simply mean in as much as you are trying to blend in, do not compromise your principles.
