Enjoying Workplace To Avoid Burnout.

Hello friends of hive and community 🥰💕.

Work place activities are something so regular that we can’t avoid especially if its one that is our means of livelihood. And some of these work are already programmed in a routine which is even the worst kind of work because we have got to do the same thing almost everyday.

I believe that most of us who always work look for the best ways and measures to keep up with their work and at the same time devising a way not to burn themselves out because we have always believed in the saying that health is wealth . This practically means we must look out for ourselves while struggling to survive.

For me I feel the best thing to do as one who works is to devise measures to control work place burnout or prevent it from happening to avoid breaking down from time to time. And again we can also always bear in mind that burnout is something that must occur through work since we are all humans, thereby having a means to deal with it since there is no food for any lazy man 👨and we must strive to keep our finances coming for bills and others.

Breakfast:

The most important thing that can help us stay healthy while working everyday is making sure to eat breakfast before we start our work in the morning. This first meal of the day is important to our health. One thing I take so seriously is making sure to eat breakfast before setting out for work everyday because breakfast is the most important meal 🥘 of the day. It could be tea 🍵 coffee ☕️ or light cereal, but it goes a long way keeping us focused on the job and relaxed.

Many who love heavy foods in the morning can as well make sure not to over feed because it brings you down if you are not a field worker who moves on the go, slowing your work pace down and causing you to over work during the day without taking a break.

Lunch:

This is another way we can help ourselves to stay healthy while working from day to day. Lunch 🥙 is very important especially for those who eats light breakfast because this is when the stomach is really needing food since we have put out some energy from working for hours from the morning to noon. Don’t say you will go later to eat because your table is still pilled up with loads of work. Lunch time is important because this is when you get the opportunity to walk around from out of the office, having some fresh air to yourself and energizing for the next hours of work.

Many who feels they are not hungry during lunch makes sure to stroll out and have some snacks or drinks 🍹 because it must surely bring sone rejuvenation to go on again, giving you also time to exercise your entire body by interacting with others out there.

Love For What We Do:

Although sometimes we don’t have choice when it comes the kind of work we are involved with due to how most of us does not have the opportunities to land ourselves the kinds of job we desire, but loving what we do is important when it comes to everyday work. The need to have passion and involvement in the job we do is another way we can avoid burnout because our mindset will be on how to always do the job in the best way we could, which also helps us enjoy the environment with the people surrounding us, our co-workers and bosses.

Resting Properly:

Rest is very important to the body which enables us to stay healthy and fit. Going to bed 🛌 and sleeping at the right time is very essential to a worker as this helps our body stand the hours we put working in the workplace. When we don’t get enough sleep hours it becomes obvious that it will affect our body in one way or the other, causing us fatigue which can result to burnout. Having the maximum seven (7) hours sleep after work every day is very important and essential to avoid encountering tiredness in workplace that might lead to work piling up and which eventually make us to over work some days.

However, placing our health as a priority should be a focus for those of us who has work load from time to time. We must always bear in mind on how to handle work to avoid pressures that will bring burnout and breaking down. We can only carry out our work because we are sound in health. This means that health is the only thing that guarantees we stay in a job therefore we must look after ourselves.
