Hope we all enjoyed the weekend and warmed up to a new week of sunshine ☀️. And what a beautiful topic to commence the week.

Parenting a very huge task to parents but a lovely activity we enjoy as parents because its always in the nature of parents to support their children in all areas especially from when they are still tender and needed to be guided but not being over protective of them which has caused many to lack challenges.

And to those who are yet to become parents, I know its a big dream to you all because having children you take care of as parents is like fulfilling the most desired aspiration of a life time which is why parenthood comes with maturity. And it does not matter if we all must have our own children before becoming parents especially in this era many of us believes in adoption to help out children who we find helpless.

Actively getting involved in our children’s lives and everything they do is our responsibilities, although many of us might find it difficult to fully be involved sometimes because of the kind of job we do, businesses and sometimes parents goes back to study for better improvements as to be elevated more in life, but as parents we should always know when it’s very important to be involved in their lives to avoid missing out on something we need to know.

As a mother who has raised two grown beautiful girls I can tell you how fun 🤩 parenting is especially if we don’t at all times try to over control our children or over protect them by forcing them to do all we want. I can tell you that children has their own minds and instincts as children, despite we feel as parents that we must always know their mind or try to obtain every information of whatever that goes on around them. This in other words means that we should not always be excessive in caring for them, controlling or showing and overly protecting them because as growing children they need to sometimes challenge themselves in the things they see and do.

This does not mean we should not know our children, what they can do and what they can not do because we should be able to know and describe our children at a certain age in life which most times guarantees the freedom we give them that eventually balances the control and charge we usually take when necessary and demanded. The freedom we give them which represents space may be once in a while does not mean we should not know how they are moving, who they want to visit, who are their friends and how serious they take and value their education. These are the most important areas of parenting apart from the love ❤️ we show our children. A child or children should not be left with total freedom because its destroying.

Its also very important that parents and their wards maintain a good relationship through how parents tries to develop healthy communication with their children because it helps parenting as children feel there is open mindedness between them and their parents, giving them freedom to feel at ease when communicating and dialogues freely with their parents. This starts when children noticed that they are allowed some space even in decisions making especially on things that will affect their future.

In conclusion, parents should always bear in mind that parenting makes it mandatory for us as parents to stand out when it comes to behavioral acts and attitudes. Children are always looking up to their parents, emulating something positive or negative despite sometimes we feel they are influenced by the outside world 🌎. A child who came from a well reserved home, will never want to be influenced by those with bad attitudes that surrounds him. So it’s important parents maintain good attitudes because your wards are always watching. This am speaking from experience.
