Its truly sad when a government does not take their citizens into account on matters regarding tax.
If the people are paying tax, what should they get in return? An accountability through good governance. But revise is the case because corruption has eaten deep in the government set ups
You are right and unfortunately corruption is everywhere where there are people who are not concerned about the well-being of the population, they are selfish and criminal.
