Some factors that can realize a safe and healthy life include a healthy environment, free from pollution, noise, and also pollution, but to be able to realize a healthy environment in my area, Indonesia, precisely in Aceh, some time ago there was often socialization from the police security forces and also hospital and health center officers, they provide an understanding to the community about the importance of maintaining a healthy environment

Building a healthy culture in rural communities is very difficult, they are used to living in unhealthy environmental conditions, one small example is that they often defecate into rivers, gutters and other water flows, while other people use river water for washing, bathing and drinking, this condition is very dangerous for health

This problem is now almost resolved with the help of the government to build public toilets in every village and provide knowledge or understanding to the community about the dangers of an unhealthy environment, in addition the government has also appealed to the community not to litter both in urban areas, densely populated areas and also in rural areas

In this case I can't say it has been completely resolved until now I still seeing people who like to litter they throw garbage into the river irrigation channels and also the side of the road, once I gave a real work lecture to the community who threw chicken carcasses into the water drainage embankment behind my house

I happened to be there when he was throwing three chicken carcasses into the embankment I immediately called him and asked him to take back the three carcasses I and I also helped him take back the carcasses then I dug the ground and told him to bury the three carcasses, after that I explained to him about how bad his actions were, the carcasses will continue to float for a week until the decomposition process and will cause a very pungent smell and it will be felt by me and the nearest residents while you are not here because your house is far away this will be a long disaster for us not to mention the problem of water pollution because this water is used to wash clothes and flowed to the rice fields

He lowered his head and regretted his actions, then I told him the most effective way to break off relations with carcasses is to bury them after you do this means the problem is over there is no environmental pollution and no one is wronged because of the smell of the carcasses you threw away, Likewise with other waste, throw it in the place provided by the local government and if we live in a village that still has a lot of empty land, provide a special place to throw away waste, remember river embankments and gutters are not places to throw away waste, this is my personal experience in my area, maybe in developed cities the community is already very obedient and aware of a healthy environment

In my area there are no special regulations regulated in the law and for those who violate will be subject to sanctions regarding littering, so that people often ignore the appeals issued by the government, both in the form of newspaper posters and also direct instructions, sometimes I wonder about foreign countries that are very orderly and clean and healthy environments, how is the system created by the government so that the community is very obedient in maintaining their environment
