My favorite flower is a rose! It always reminds me of my grandfather who had them in his backyard... Strong red roses that had a very strong sense too! When I was a kid, I would always smell them... 😃

Thanks for sharing your trip to Salzburg! I will go to visit Austria in May but will visit other cities like Linz, Graz, and hopefully Klagenfurt... As Austria is famous for its castles, I suppose I will find some of them in those cities... 😃

Yes, nature heals. We are part of it and when we let ourselves be carried away by its energy it exerts a balm effect for its spirit. I understand well what you have felt right now, I remember having gone through those same feelings in similar circumstances. In the day-to-day we do not realize the passage of time and when suddenly we witness that effect on the people we once met it is a very strange impression. I imagine the same one that will cause them to see us. I'm sorry for your losses, and I'm glad you have such a beautiful place to recover your spirits.
