I Am #AliveAndThriving Today! || #IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day #1031 - Bridging, Integrating, and Synergizing - GaiaYoga Gardens, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Saturday, May 24, 2025

I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 6 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

Bridging, Integrating, and Synergizing

One of my greatest proclivities and propensities is to bridge and interconnect different and diverse domains, integrate them into a greater functional whole, and to synergize their various aspects, parts, and components into something new, that is more than the sum of those parts. I do this everywhere, with everything. It's how I see the world, and flow through life. That's also my modus operandi for my asset leveraging and investing here on Hive, of course, both within the Ecosystem, and between it and other ecosystems, like Blurt.

My mind is constantly noting and taking stock of the similarities, difference, benefits, detriments, and possible complimentarity of the multitudinous contexts in which I operate, always looking for ways to connect them with each other, to create a more useful and beneficial greater (meta-)system. You could say that I'm a whole-system thinker, as I naturally track the kaleidoscopic array of components of complex systems, exploring, experimenting, tinkering, tweaking, and refining as I go. This helps me understand the greater systems in which I operate, and to utilize them more efficiently and effectively.

This is part of why Hive entralls me so deeply, because it's a complex system with many levels and parts that work and flow together (or not), and from the financial dimension so thoroughly integrated into just about every on Hive, my passion for asset leveraging and investing was born, and is growing fast. And all these assorted parts of the complex Hive system are always moving and changing, which makes observation and adjustments absolute necessities, and as such, very regular endeavors.

When I discover a part of a system that I've built not functioning as it should, it bothers me quite a lot, and if I don't know of an immediate way to rectify the issue, it can even be rather stressful. I do my best not to get too focused on the problem, and to keep my attention mostly on how well it is working, and how to improve that functionality. On Hive, where these systems are created with and in relation to other people, things can become even more complex and challenging, and also a tad more stressful at times.

A big part of why building synergistic systems with and in relation to other people, is that it's necessary to meet and balance the different needs, desires, intentions, likes, and dislikes, of all those involved, which is no small task I will tell you. This is one thing that sometimes makes me want to just do my own thing, but that doesn't last for long, thankfully, as my desire to co-create incredible things together is very strong indeed (I am a bit of a reclusive jungle hermit in my daily life, however). I'll always do my absolute best to tweak and adjust my systems for the Maximum Mutual Benefit of everyone involved.

Yesterday, Saturday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up my Hive tasks, a bit before 2:30PM, giving my attention first to some photography for my posts, and straining and blending kefir (kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao) in the Landing. Once both of those were completed, I took a quick asset-management break up at the Flow House, after which I went to help Ano to reclaim a planting bed next to the shop and coco bar, to prepare it to plant yacón (a nutrient-dense natural sweetener and root crop in the daisy/sunflower family). It had rained hard just before we started working, with everything very wet, so I got pretty dirty in the process of clearing the bed. After we finished around sunset, I took a hot shower, headed to the Landing to collect my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee from the fridge, and then I made my way back to the Flow House to dive gently into my evening Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications. As has been the norm lately, I had a lot, so I wasn't able to get through them all before I had to stop a little after 11PM, to do some asset management, and to go to bed just after 12AM. I woke up a bit after 6AM, having slept fairly well, doing more asset management, beginning on this post, getting out of bed around 7:30AM to go make my superfood fire coffee in the Landing, then returning to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just after 1:45PM, so an excellent time to end this post, so that I my get to my few other important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House a little later in the afternoon, to focus first on photography for my posts, and then community/land work. I deeply appreciate y'all so very much! Until tomorrow's incarnation of this post! Always forward, onward, upward, and whaleward, ho, together we go! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

2025 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
