I Am #AliveAndThriving Today! || #IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day #1216 - My Switch from BXT to DBOND/DAB/RUG Completed, and Incredible 'We Are Alive Tribe' News! - Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Tuesday, November 25, 2025

I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 7 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

My 916+ BXT unstaked early this morning, and although the price of BXT had fallen a bit during the night (as I was expecting it to do, sadly), I swapped it all for SWAP.HIVE, though obviously for less than I had hoped, and much less than I used to acquire it, but alas, that's how it rolls on Hive, so I just do the best I can with the situtions that present themselves to me. The first thing that I did was to clear all affordable sell orders for DAB, then I cleared all the sell orders for RUG, and finally I used most of the rest of my SWAP.HIVE to acquire as much DBOND as I could. Overall, it went pretty well.

Added to the much smaller quanties of those tokens that I already had, my purchases this morning have brought me to a new totals of 718.423 DBOND (all staked), 73.328 DAB (66.409 new and liquid, and 6.919 previously staked), and 180.829 RUG. The amount of liquid DAB is what determines the daily HIVE payouts, and given that I don't have much yet, my HIVE payouts will be rather modest for a while, until I'm able to grow my liquid DAB. Thankfully, these three tokens feed into, and compound the growth, so with what I have now, my holding and stake of DBOND and DAB should grow fairly quickly, and with it, my daily HIVE income.

Although the long-term gains of the DBOND-DAB-RUG trio will likely exceed those for BXT, they won't be immediate unfortunately, but rather will compound and grow over time. So patience is important for this strategy that I've chosen to replace the daily HIVE income from BXT. The same holds true for the We Are Alive Tribe, since I'm slowly increasing our stake and holding of those three tokens as well.

Thankfully, I have multiple streams on a daily and weekly basis for HIVE, so I don't feel the loss quite as strongly, and I'm happy to have my gains compound over time. Yes, I'm sure going to miss BXT, but I'm looking forward to this new investment adventure with DBOND/DAB/RUG, and who knows, if I start to see a positive change in BXT, maybe I'll invest in it again in the future. We shall see.

Before I end this post, I want to share some extraordinary 'We Are Alive Tribe' News with all of you. Bjorn (@borniet) surprised us in the 'We Are Alive Tribe Core Leadership Circle' Discord chat this this morning (well, it was morning for me) with the announcement that he had created and set up a 'We Are Alive Tribe' and MMB shared Hive witness node, @aliveandmmb, which is already up and running! We still need to write and publish our witness-declaration post, and to do some some tweaking, but our witness should begin appearing in the witness lists on PeakD and Ecency, so you can (and should!) vote for it now! The We Are Alive Tribe, and my shared project with Bjorn, MMB (Maximum Mutual Benefit), which are already perfectly aligned, are now in official collaboration with this new witness node. So now there are three Hive witnesses nodes for which we should all vote: of course ours, @aliveandmmb, as well as Bjorn's witness, @botlord, and Bradley's witness, @thebbhproject (a very-closely allied project)! Shortly I'll add vote links to the bottom of all my posts for all three. Oh, and one more bit of good news from this morning, the Hive Debt is continuing to slowly fall! That is very, very good indeed!

Yesterday, Tuesday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up my Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, by a little after 2PM, giving my attention first to some photography for my post. After capturing a satisfying batch of shots, I focused on collecting 10 gallons of soil (2 5-gallon buckets), and then using it to pot up the several propagules of my Mysore blackberry (which based on its anatomy, is probably a black raspberry). When I finally finished up with that, I cleaned up and I took a quick asset-management break up at the Flow House, after which I gave a helping hand to Ano to unload (from his truck) and move a young coconut palm into position for planting on Thanksgiving tomorrow, and I walked down to Thimbleberry with Melekai to discuss her plans, and how I could assist, to create a sauna, and to help unload a cast-iron stove (to heat the sauna) from her car, that Alex and Avi had just returned from picking up. Once my assistance was no longer needed there, I made my way back to the other side of the property to the Landing, to heat up the last bit of some leftover food that I had in the fridge, and with that and my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee in hand(s), to head back to the Flow House, to begin my evening Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks. I got everything done by a little before 9PM, and after some asset management, I went to bed by a bit after 10:30PM. I woke up just after 7AM, having slept fairly well, doing more asset management (which included my above-mentioned BXT-to-DBOND-DAB-RUG switcheroo), going to make my superfood fire coffee in the Landing, then returning to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just before 12:15PM, so it's a glorious time to wrap this up, so that I may get to my few other important Hive-Blurt-'We Are Alive Tribe' tasks, before preparing for a session that's scheduled for 1:30PM. 2025 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
