It was a nice walk as part of a wonderful trip! The sea is always a holiday for me. But for the first time in my life I was at sea in early September. In this beautiful time there is no strong heat, and the day is a little shorter than in summer.
We rested near the village of Lebedivka, about which I have already written. The main feature of this magical place is the cliffs of clay soil, which stretch for many kilometers.
It's so beautiful! However, because of this, the evening comes quickly on beaches, because the sun sets over these cliffs faster than on a normal plain. But you have the opportunity to see the sunset! To do this, you should walk a few kilometers to the place where the sea and estuary meet!
So one warm Wednesday, about 5 pm, we went there. I had a dream to reach the narrowest part of the land. To see both the sea and the estuary.
Tuzla estuaries stretch for many kilometers. This unique place is part of the eponymous national park. Many different birds live here, flying and screaming in the evenings... And there are also healing muds that people apply to themselves.
We walked along the shore, admiring the warm colors brought by the evening sun. There were very few tourists. From time to time we came across fallen trees. The fact is that during storms the sea washes away these cliffs, landslides occur and trees fall into the sea. They often look like some strange skeletons.
We passed a building. It's a factory. It seems to be engaged in fishing. Here we met dogs and an old tractor)
After passing the fishery, we found ourselves at the estuary. Spacious place with a wide beach and a feeling of freedom.
"We're like by the ocean," said my friend Sashko. After all, the waves that day were quite large. There was the tide.
We quickly swam in the sea, because there was less and less time before sunset.
We had to go to the estuary shore. I did make my dream come true. But the narrowest place between the sea and the estuary was somewhere 100 meters wide) It is only on the map it is very narrow)
To the left is the sea. To the right is an estuary.
I walked a little behind my friends and enjoyed the golden, pink and orange colors of the sky. And silhouettes of Olya and Sashko. I wanted to stretch these moments longer. But it all happened so fast.
Here it is, the moment when there are two suns in the world: one in the sky and other in the water! "It would be great to spend the night here with a tent", - Sashko summed up our walk.
However, we lived a little far from this place and therefore decided to write this wish on the list for the future. In the meantime, we took this nice memories with us.
Thanks for your visit.
