Wednesday Walk I hospital

in Wednesday Walk6 months ago

around the ward

This is the post for the Wednesday walk, but will be a fairly short one as I’m still in the hospital and will share a few photos taken with my phone on walk around the ward and I’m trying to do two or three times a day and supposedly that’ll help to get things moving as they shut down in my Gastrointestinal still not sure how much longer I’m gonna be in here. Today is day 16

in general I’m not feeling too bad at all that tube Going down my nose to drain my stomach is annoying, but not Painful

This post if for Wednesday walk challenge
Any questions about the challenge read the guide at the Bottom of the post ;)

Photo is the view from the window where I am sitting in my room at the moment. Unfortunate. I have the room to myself and I’m not sharing it at least at the stage. I hope I’m not temping fate.

And something I rarely do a selfie

Just back from my morning walk around the ward went for 8 loops A little over 20 minutes I think
the walk takes me by these elevators these are for the staff and patience. I’ve been up and down the many times for x-rays and CAT scans.

at least up on this Ward is some nice views out the windows

Weekly giveaway of shares

Sorry no giveaway this week

If your wondering what HSBI shares are heres how they work Hive Stake Based Income (HSBI) is a program designed to deliver occasional upvotes on your posts depending on the number of units you have. In order to receive an HSBI unit you need someone to be your sponsor. Anyone with a valid Hive account can be a sponsor. All they need to do is send one or more Hive to @steembasicincome and place your username in the memo for the transaction. That's it! You then receive as many HSBI as the number of Hive sent, in return the sponsor also receives an equal number of HSBI in their account. That way you both benefit!

How to check how many HSBI units I have?

It's easy, just go to: https://www.hivesbi.com/userinfo/
Enter your Hive username and it will bring up how many HSBI units you have along with information on upcoming votes you will receive or ones you have received in the past.

Wednesday Walk is a challenge started by me, the idea is to get out for a short walk and get some shots of what you can see within a short distance of your home office or wherever you start. And this is my entry for this week, but first, let me explain the challenge.

This is my post for the Wednesday Walk challenge hosted by myself, let me first explain the guidelines

Try and get out once a week for a short walk, can be from your office, home or anywhere really and walk for a few blocks or a few minutes looking for things to get shots of.

Your walk does not have to be on a Wednesday I just ask if possible to share your walk photos on a Wednesday.

Try and get a few shots not just one

Add a bit of a write up about where you walked

Just one Wednesday Walk tagged post a week

You can look for anything in general or decide on one subject you want to get shots off.

Make a point of looking around and up and see what you can find to get shots of that otherwise you may miss

Do a post with the shots you get on a Wednesday and tag it with #wednesdaywalk, also if you happen to join, please leave a link to your post in a comment on this post and I will try and visit them all, especially if its not one of the first 5 tags or I may miss seeing it .

Following me and re-Hiving the post so more see it would be appreciated but isn't a rule just a suggestion.

I am not strict on these rules and hence why they are called guidelines and not rules

I will try and visit, and upvote all who take part in the Wednesday Walk.

I hope a few of you may find this an interesting challenge and decide to join in.

unless stated otherwise all photos used in my posts are taken and owned by myself, if you wish to use any of my images please contact me.

I've just realised that your health might be a little better at the moment. So I too wish you a speedy recovery. Hopefully you will be able to leave hospital soon.

I wish you a very speedy recovery and that everything goes absolutely well! All the best!❤️

At least the views are nice. I am sorry that you are still stuck there. I hope they can get things figured out soon. You seem to still be in good spirits too and that is nice to see.

Yeah that's a big plus and yes keeping my chin up

It's good to see you are getting out the room at least. You had a huge procedure, and it just takes time to bounce back which I'm sure they tell you every day. I hope things improve a little faster, it sucks being stuck in a hospital with a nasogastric tube down your throat!

Thanks so much

Greetings @tattoodjay ,

Happy to hear from you and see the photos from your walk...a lovely hospital..hope they are taking good care of you and that you will be home soon.

Kind Regards and Prayers,

Bleujay

What a dedicated #wednesdaywalk 👍 good to hear you are up and about. I'm sure its nice to be moving around. Hope you are home soon 🤞

So sorry to hear that you're in the hospital and for 16 days! Wow, I hope they can help you and you can return home quickly! Rest up, but it's good you're able to get up and walk around. Looks like amazingly blue skies there! Nice to see a selfie of you!

Good to see you are still posting despite major surgery. Speedy recovery buddy. Maybe you can do a post on how you got in this predicament, so the rest of us could learn to avoid a similar fate. Finally get to see a picture of Tattoodjay ..

Not worth a post as such
Basically I was having colonoscopies with lots of polyps so they then switched to six monthly colonoscopies and it didn't slow down. They did a genetic test and I have a gene At very high risk of colon cancer so they recommended removing the colon and here I am

Oh brother, nasty, you look good, an a positive attitude is the ticket. Question your doctors and do your own research on more natural cancer cures.. 👍

Oh boy! You're getting ready for some big changes. Just wanted to send a lot of good vibes your way. The hospital you're in looks peaceful and nice. Just wishing the very very best for you!! ❤️🙏

It's good to read you and know that you are feeling well. When you see those tubes you fear the worst. I didn't know about your contest, so I'll look into riding in it. I love the HSBI project, so we have a couple of things in common. I wish you a speedy recovery. Cheers!

Well if you have to be stuck in there at least you've got million dollar views of the water, the tree tops and a bit of history in those houses there + how many windows of reality television too..🤣..

So you've still got lot of content that you can create while you're in there to take your mind of the other things anyway, but I do hope that you recover well and soon so you can get back out to your sensational sunrises instead!

Love to finally see a selfie of you keeping it real. Because that's what we all are here on the Hive, we're real people with real issues, ailments and lives, no filters and face paint for us- unless of course the face paint is for a festival and the filters are for creative photography and that's why I love it here with you and everyone else!

With a HUGE amount of love and hugs from Australia!

I'm sorry you're still in the hospital, but it's great to see you're making the best of it by walking around and sharing these photos. Hope you get better soon and back to your usual routine👌👌👌

I am so sorry to hear about your surgery! My mom had/has pancreatic cancer. In 2020 she had a surgery on her gastro bits to try and knock it out… (removed half her stomach, intestines, pancreas and all of her gallbladder.) It can be quite the chore to get things moving again.

I hope the fart comes soon and that you can slowly get back into substantive food. So good you are up walking every day. Turns out those Wednesday walks… good for stuff more thab crypto earnings! 🙂 Seriously though, the walks are really going to help you get home sooner.

Take care. ❤️

It is sad that you have been in the hospital for sixteen days. Illness happens to everyone and we cannot lose hope these days. And power up
But our best wishes are with you. All will be well
Rest and take the medicine as prescribed by the doctor and eat healthy foods. ✨🥰❤

It's my Wednesday walk post

It is not what we are used to seeing from you but I wish from the bottom of my heart that you recover soon. It is not pleasant to walk through the hospital, although I tell you something, the views from your room are beautiful, calm, everything is going to be fine, blessings. ❤️

Good you are moving around. Thats better than be bed bound.
Great views you are stuck with for now. I hope it won’t be much longer and you can go back home.

Nice to see a selfie. Even under these circumstances.
Sending you love and much healing vibes!
Take care @tattoodjay

Time drags when you waiting for the all clear to get home again! Great views and you keep walking, whether corridors or outdoors it helps keep us ticking.

I'm sorry to learn that you will be spending half a month in the hospital. I know how it is to be hospitalized for half a month. I hope they really assist you and you get home soon!
Rest up. It great to know that you are mobile and you can move around.
The skies there appear to be exceptionally blue... not as blue as you other photos, hehehe!!
It's good to see you in a selfie!

Thank you for the update JJ, still wishing you a quick recovery and release from the hospital. Am glad you have a positive attitude and you even walk around. The views are amazing, at least it's not that boring or dull outside. It takes patience and fortitude to go through surgery and all related outcomes, hang in there, am sure you will be back home to finish your recovery :}

Get well soon sir 🎉🥰

😔 I wish you a speedy recovery. And you will, as you have a lot of positivity. A big hug to you.

I'm sorry. I hope God can quickly heal my friend who is sick and return to his activities..Amen.
from Indonesia,

That's a long time in the hospital.
Hope that you will heal quickly and be going home soon.
At least you can enjoy a nice sunny day view.
Get better soon @tattoodjay
