Hiiii ^^
Here’s my drawing of Timothée Chalamet in the movie “The King”.
I had 3 reasons to choose this reference pic, the skin color, hair and armor.
Something that was different about this pic was that the skin colors were not the usual colors I always use and the hair and dress had more details.
I drew it sometime ago, like 3-4 months, but to my disappointment it didn’t go as I wanted, it was a headache cause I spend hours on the skin (layers on layers) but the colors didn’t turned out how I wanted so I put it away and it remained incomplete until last week I decided to see if I can fix it somehow and worked about 1 more hour on the skin.
How I drew the armor:
First colored it gray and then colored black on top of it then used paper cutter and drew the patterns (when we do so, we see that the patterns are gray, that’s why we color the first layer gray) and then used white pencil to draw the patterns again, and at the end used white jelly pen.
It was at this stage that I stopped drawing.

Reference Pic
It’s actually the 3rd portrait I made of him. (Not gonna share the first one, you know why…😁)
Here’s the second one from the Little Women movie.
Great job. I think this one turned out absolutely spot on. You did really well at getting the different skin tones along with the shadows to all come out looking quite natural. Super impressive work.
Thank you so much~~ ^^ after completing this one, I got motivated to fix my other works as well :D
This is next level impressive, really nailed the reference perfectly!
Thank you so much~~😍😍
Well done! The amount of care and attention to detail and the bigger picture is great.
Thank you so much~ I’m so glad you liked it ^^
