Some people say that "breakfast should be good", "lunch should be full", and "dinner should be less". What do you think?
Many times we agree with the principle of experts and nutritionists, but we are really helpless sometimes for not able to follow due to whatever reasons. In either way, we still have to live (to eat ?).
Take myself as an example, I can't follow this principle at in many occasions. The quality of my meals are uncertain, and many times it's good to be casual, eat to fill the stomach.
Take these two boxes of barbecued pork rice, one box is MYR9.00 and the other is MYR5.00. The same is barbecued pork rice (char siu rice), the price is far apart.

Although there are occasionally think about these principles of three meals and try to keep up with it, I often missed their sequence.
