A NEW ILLUSTRATION COMMISSION!
Wow, I had some time without doing these digital illustrations of people. Just a young man hired me to make an art of him and his wife and well, here I bring you the process.

| And yes, we started from the reference photo that was sent to me to illustrate them. | Then I proceed to make the lineart in Illustrator. |
In this part I pay close attention, it is important that the lineart is perfect or that the drawing resembles your reference. Since later it would be chaos to modify something.
Here I have almost all the colors defined, but I did not invent much since I look at the image that was passed to me to illustrate almost everything, except the background that will be different.
I don't know what their work methodologies will be like but I always start by painting everything easy or anything other than skin. Sometimes it is difficult for me to paint the skin, especially in this program that the way of painting is different than with pixels, so I leave that work for almost the end.

The process of this illustration is easy to see, but sometimes I get frustrated trying to make the shadows look like the one in the photo and make them look like the image, but in the end this is where I tie most of the loose ends.

¡UN NUEVO ENCARGO DE ILUSTRACIÓN!
Wow, tenía algo de tiempo sin hacer estas ilustraciones digitales de personas. Recién un joven me contrató para hacer un arte de él y su esposa y pues, aquí les traigo el proceso.

| Y sí, comenzamos desde la foto de referencia que me enviaron para ilustrarlos. | Luego procedo a hacer el lineart en Illustrator. |
En esta parte le presto mucha atención, es importante que el lineart sea perfecto o que el dibujo se parezca a su referencia. Ya que más adelante sería un caos modificar algo.
Aquí tengo casi todos los colores definidos, pero no inventé gran cosa puesto que me fijo de la imagen que me pasaron para ilustrar casi todo, menos el fondo que será diferente.
No sé como será sus metodologías de trabajos pero siempre comienzo pintado todo lo fácil o cualquier cosa que no sea la piel. A veces se me dificulta pintar la piel, sobretodo en este programa que el modo de pintar es diferente que con píxeles, así que dejo ese trabajo para casi al final.

Se logra ver fácil el proceso de esta ilustración, pero a veces me frustro intentando hacer que las sombras se parezcan a la de la foto y que tengan parecidos con la imagen, pero al final es donde ato la mayoría de los cabos sueltos.

Estaba perdiendo un poco la práctica, así que estaré realizando algunos retratos para entrar otra vez en calor. Y por último...
