RE: The Masked 3: The Spider

Oh, right! Normally starting with a drawing is recommended and is a more ideal way to design a character. But I started this one without drawing first because I don't have a graphic tablet and drawing with a mouse is a nightmare XD

As far as drawings go, this is the most 'advanced' digital drawing I can manage

This one's actually for another character, but, yeah.

The result is very professional though. What program do you use? If not how do you achieve such a professional-looking stature?

Wow, you think so? I'm so happy to hear that, thanks! ^^
I made that drawing with Autodesk Sketchbook. I have Krita but not sure why I had the urge to try that instead. And for the 3D model I use Blender 2.8, from the sculpting, modelling, texturing, posing, to the rendering. For the poses, well, I simply imagine what kind of pose I want. And if I'm stuck, I look for references for the closest pose to the one I have in mind and make it work somehow. Of course the end result won't always exactly as I imagined/like the refs, but that's fine, really.

That's a pretty cool tactic. The result is very impressive. Keep up the great work!
