Asptha is not very talkative. Probably because with a name like Asptha, she thought she had a lisp until she was like 15 years old. Or whatever a teenager is in snake years.

As far as I can tell, Asptha only appeared in the comics once in Fantastic Fears #4 back in 1954. So I guess she was just a one-off for a horror comic. Until now!

Whoever put that "s" in the word lisp has a sick sense of humor.
So who is the King of Snakes? Does she have a snake tongue? Does she lay eggs? So many questions...

A search for king of snakes turned up a LOT of options. Characters from DC comics, Masters of the Universe, an Anime, Indian mythology, a TV series. I think Asptha might have a lot of mates.
