This morning, it snowed again outside the window. Forecasters continue to predict that it will snow. The April snow and cold have lingered quite long enough. I was walking with Maksym to school when the wind started to whip the trees, and white, cold feathers began to fall on us from above. Maksym frowned, and I pulled his hood up. Maksym looked like Kenny from "South Park." And I even liked it; from the unexpectedness, I felt an extra resilience. Holding my son's hand, I walked confidently. In general, it was a very beautiful sight when the snow slowly began to fall from the tree. And later, returning home, I examined the ice crystals.
If spring brings unexpected frosts and snow, it can certainly cause us disappointment and additional difficulties. We have to get out warm clothes again; some drivers have already switched to summer tires. I want to be under a warm blanket, and we will have to expect significant heating bills again. After a long winter, we are all waiting for warmth and the awakening of nature, and the return of the cold can seem like an unfair trial.
In this case, I think about the following:
• This is another reminder of the unpredictability of life. Nature often presents us with surprises, and not always pleasant ones. We have to adapt to these changes, even if we don't like them.
• I hope this will be temporary. Although it is cold again now, spring will still take its course. The frosts and snow probably won't last forever, and warmth will definitely return.
• For some reason, this particular time requires even more endurance from us. After a difficult winter, facing the cold again can be morally challenging. But it is also an opportunity to show our resilience and ability to overcome difficulties, even when they seem endless. And the storks are already hatching eggs in their nests.
• I worry about my garden in the village: apple trees, pear trees, cherry trees. Perhaps their blossoms have frozen, and there will be no harvest. And this can also have negative consequences for agriculture and nature. Late frosts can damage crops and young shoots, which causes me additional concern.
This return of frost and snow in the spring is unpleasant for me, and it can be difficult. Maksym absolutely refuses to wake up and get ready for school in the morning. Although the cold is also part of the reality that we may have to adapt to. How are our soldiers in the east? It's hard to imagine, we are only shown the best moments, information and videos are filtered. It is important for us to maintain hope for future warmth and remember our ability to withstand difficult times. And we Ukrainians certainly know how to do that!

Сьогодні вранці за вікном знову засніжило. Синоптики надалі передають, що падатиме сніг. Квітневий сніг і холод вже доволі затрималися. Я йшла з Максимом до школи, коли вітер почав шарпати дерева, і білі холодні пір'їнки почали падати на нас згори. Максим насупився, і я натягнула йому капюшона. Максим став схожий на Кенні з "Південного парку". А мені це навіть сподобалося; від несподіванки я відчула додаткову стійкість. Тримаючи сина за руку, я впевнено йшла. Взагалі, це було дуже гарне видовище, коли з дерева почав повільно спадати сніг. А пізніше, повертаючись додому, я розглядала крижинки.
Якщо весна приносить з собою несподівані морози та сніг, це, безумовно, може викликати в нас розчарування та додаткові труднощі. Знову треба діставати теплі речі; дехто з автомобілістів вже змінив гуму на літню. Хочеться під теплу ковдру, знову треба очікувати на чималі платіжки за опалення. Після довгої зими ми всі чекаємо на тепло та пробудження природи, і повернення холоду може здаватися несправедливим випробуванням.
В такому випадку, я думаю про те, що:
• Це ще одне нагадування про непередбачуваність життя. Природа часто підносить нам сюрпризи, і не завжди приємні. Нам доводиться пристосовуватися до цих змін, навіть якщо вони нам не подобаються.
• Сподіваюся, що це буде тимчасово. Хоча зараз знову холодно, весна все одно візьме своє. Морози та сніг, ймовірно, не будуть тривати вічно, і тепло обов'язково повернеться.
• Чомусь саме цей час вимагає від нас ще більшої витримки. Після важкої зими знову зіткнутися з холодом може бути морально важко. Але це також можливість проявити нашу стійкість та здатність долати труднощі, навіть коли вони здаються нескінченними. А бузьки вже висиджують яєчка у своїх гніздечках.
• Я хвилююся за свій сад у селі: яблуні, груші, вишні. Можливо, їхній цвіт змерз і не буде врожаю. І це також може мати негативні наслідки для сільського господарства та природи. Пізні заморозки можуть пошкодити посіви та молоді пагони, що викликає в мене додаткове занепокоєння.
Це повернення морозів і снігу навесні є для мене неприємним, і це може бути важко. Максим зовсім відмовляється зранку прокидатися і збиратися до школи. Хоч холод – це також частина реальності, до якої нам, можливо, доведеться пристосуватися. Як же наші військові на сході? Важко уявити, нам показують лише кращі моменти, фільтрують інформацію та відео. Важливо нам зберігати надію на майбутнє тепло і пам'ятати про нашу здатність витримувати складні часи. А ми, українці, це точно вміємо робити!
