The untold stories of my life revealed in 3 well-kept secrets – and why I’m on Hive.

Hi Hive readers! Welcome to a small corner of the web where you’ll get to know me at my worst and best moments. I’m Ish, derived from my boring and generic real name “Patricia” (sorry other Patricias), only taking the “ish” sound part in the middle. It practically defines my life since I’m a middle child and I have always loved to create a new name for myself in every creative venture.

A quick slam book bio of me: I’m turning 24 in a few days, I look 16, and I speak like I’m 30 and 8 at the same time. I’m a goofball with my closest friends and a cheerful buddy with strangers. My gender is fluid and I have too many thoughts about the patriarchy.

A Little More Steps Till That Door

Life is more quiet on the countryside and its soft occassional breezes puts her mind at ease. It has been a week since Aislah went to stay with her Aunt on their old countryside home, she wanted to live there for good and she is convinced that this is the life she always wanted. Except for the little noises and some kitten biting her when she was asleep in the garden one time.

As a child she spent most of her summers on her grandparent's old house on the countryside. Her parents would often take her to see her grandmother, but now, a year after her grandmother died, things are now a bit different.

A CITY DIVIDED IN TWO (D/ENG/ESP) - A new entry for Photography Lovers

Over the turn of the year 22/23, my girlfriend and I made a small round trip via Gibraltar towards the province of Malaga (Spain) in the Andalusian Sierra. On the way, we passed by Ronda, the largest of the well-known white villages.

The town is divided into two parts by a 120-metre-deep gorge. The old part was built majestically on a steeply sloping plateau, and is connected to the new part of Ronda by an imposing bridge. At many places you can enjoy an incredible view into the Andalusian hinterland, or deep into the gorge, on a pedestrian panorama path or in a panorama restaurant.

Always in Service

That's my new motto. I now feel that everything I do and experience in my life is a form of service to myself and the world and in order to fulfill it, I take good care of my thoughts and words. You may have heard of mystics and spiritual workers developing all sorts of mind-bending abilities such as far sight, precognition and healing touch, and I can assure you it's true, but no skill or knowledge is as important as the focus it takes to use it properly, no power is sufficient on its own and by itself, there must be a purpose, a channel for that energy. For me, service is that channel.

In Which We Recap 2022

2022 was a pretty darn good year for me! I visited a number of Holy Places as well as some beautiful state and national parks, I got a raise and promotion at work, and got to spend some time with friends and family I haven't gotten to see in a while.

I certainly can't go over it ALL, but here are some of my favorite highlights of 2022.

I got to start the year off with a visit to Arizona and New Mexico, including a fun couple of days with sjarvie5 during which she took me to visit a fantastic Chihuly exhibit!

Into the woods in Pagasarri - Sunday, December 25th

That day we got up as early as we could, that was at noon and we ate a breakfast that gave us a lot of strength: hallacas with a fried egg and ground beans with a little sauce and bread, and of course a cup of coffee 🤭 what a combination 🫣🙈 We felt that it was very early and we were still sleepy, but that Sunday was something special, it was Christmas and a good friend invited us to a place we had never been before, Mount Pagasarri.

"STOLEN STORIES" - MONOMAD - 10JAN23 || ENG-ESP || (8 Pics)

Good heavens, I have gone out to the street to take pictures and it seems that "The whole universe would like to remember something through the simplest things"... Sometimes I'm afraid of running out of new things to photograph, but when I go out in the streets with my camera and I get new things in the same street behind my house, then I'm convinced that it's something inexhaustible...

"Norra"... This is a strange nickname, isn't it...? And I have no idea why they call him that, but the truth is that I have seen him in the streets of my town since I was a child, he survives by doing various piecework jobs, talks very little, smokes a lot and seems to have been born this old...
