Vrindavan- A spiritual journey of a lifetime.

Hi All,

Radhe Radhe 🙏

Hope you all are doing great! Today’s blog is about my recent journey to the holy city of Vrindavan. It’s going to be a quite lengthy post as the things that I experienced there are vast.

This city holds a great importance in Hindu culture as it’s the birthplace of the Lord Krishna. He spent most of his childhood days here and did a lot of miracles.

Need more energy? Here are three simple things I do every day that have made soooo much difference!

As we settle into 2024 I'm sure there are things you want to do differently to improve your health, your fitness results or just your life in general.

There's almost no one I know who wouldn't like to feel a bit more energised. So many of us are chronically tired even if we are getting enough sleep.

If that sounds like you, if you're not naturally, drug-free, bouncing off the walls like a little kid, then this post is for you :)

Lake Louise Gondola: Up Up and away

What's up fellow travelers!

Morant's curve in the picture below, highly coveted area one the side of the Beginning of the Icefield Parkway taking the Castle mountain Junction and driving down the road a little. If you are a train in the mountain photography aficionado, this is the ultimate shot to get in Banff well worth the detour. Hard to tell when a train comes, it can take a while...I like to try my luck...winner winner chicken dinner! Took me a bit but I finally have my own.

Hiking to San Rafael, the whole way was covered with fog. 🏞️🧗

I think this is one of the most extreme things we have done after going to Las Cuevas del Pirata, and I am not used to hiking and this day our friend told us to go out to the river, what she did not know was that we were going to walk for miles and up and down several times the steep hills that were all the way, now we add to this adventure that the whole way there was covered with fog was much more extreme. Join me to go from La Azulita to San Rafael in the Andres Bello municipality of Mérida.

Top of Innsbruck: Hike

The city of Innsbruck Austria is the location where we would spend the next two nights of our trip to Austria.

We spent day two touring around the town a little and then did a self guided hiking excursion up the local mountain.

The site was referred to as "The Top of Innsbruck," or so the sig said. It was a fitting name though, given its close proximity to the city and the view looking down upon it.
