It would've been awesome to meet these guys in person, it sucks that the organizers don't allow this, especially since it would bring at least some eyes to the world of chess (for example, how many thought like you and wanted to go meet them?). The chess world some times lacks the whole marketing and PR side, it's like they don't know the normal growth strategies.
