One of the things I love about this series is that it’s a modern 21st century adventure.... grounded, relatable, and realistic. It especially resonates with young teens and adults in their twenties who are still trying to find themselves, create a meaningful life, travel, explore the world, meet new people, and gain fresh experiences.

I hope more anime embrace modern adventures that can take the place of our usual isekai escapist fantasies. We don’t need another game-based world.... there are already countless adventures waiting for us in the real one.
