Hola amigos de #hive y #alienart, espero estén teniendo una semana increíble, el día de hoy les comparto mi entrada al concurso semanal de #splinterlands, realizando esta semana un fan Art de Water Caller, personaje que me da la impresión de controlar el agua cantando, sin duda parece un poder raro pero muy genial, además el agua es un elemento muy diverso al que se le puede sacar mucho provecho al saber controlarlo. Me imagino la voz de este personaje casi que como una sirena, que con sus melodías en vez de dominar a los hombres domina es el agua, supongo varios su canto acorde a lo que quiere hacer con el agua que está manipulando.
Hello friends of #hive and #alienart, I hope you are having an amazing week, today I share with you my entry to the weekly #splinterlands contest, making this week a fan art of Water Caller, a character that gives me the impression of controlling the water singing, it certainly seems a rare but very cool power, plus water is a very diverse element that you can get a lot out of knowing how to control it. I imagine the voice of this character almost like a mermaid, who with her melodies instead of dominating the men dominates the water, I suppose her singing is according to what she wants to do with the water she is manipulating.
Decidí realizar la pose de Water Caller como si estuviese cantando mientras se eleva con el agua, haciendo una especie de remolino que la va elevando poco a poco, también concentre agua en su otra mano, para que se viera más el dominio de ella sobre este elemento. También hice burbujas en el fondo para que se viese más llamativo, además de darle al agua toques celestes y brillo, para que está se viese mágica, dándole así al personaje ese toque místico y especial. La pose del personaje con ese fondo un tanto majestuoso me hace pensar que está en una especie de musical en una escena importante.
I decided to make the pose of Water Caller as if she was singing while she is rising with the water, making a kind of whirlpool that is raising her little by little, I also concentrated water in her other hand, so that her dominion over this element could be seen more. I also made bubbles in the background to make it look more striking, in addition to giving the water light blue touches and brightness, so that it would look magical, giving the character that mystical and special touch. The pose of the character with that majestic background makes me think that he is in a kind of musical in an important scene.

Realice la base del personaje y definí su vestimenta y facciones usando el lápiz digital, aplicando el azul para el boceto y rosado para la definición.
I made the base of the character and defined his clothing and features using the digital pencil, applying blue for the sketch and pink for the definition.
Realice el trabajo de línea con la tinta dura y el color negro, después elimine las capas previas y aplique la base de color en una nueva capa. Para este paso utilice el rellenado y aplique los colores correspondientes en cada área.
Do the line work with the hard ink and black color, then remove the previous layers and apply the base color in a new layer. For this step use the fill and apply the corresponding colors in each area.
Detalle las zonas de la piel con el aerógrafo, aplicando varios tonos para la sombra y la luz. Después detalle la cabellera, usando tonos más oscuros para dar volumen y profundidad y aplicando blanco para el brillo.
Detail the skin areas with the airbrush, applying various shades for shadow and light. Then detail the hair, using darker tones for volume and depth and applying white for shine.
Aplique tonos metálicos en las partes doradas y azules, ya que estas se debían ver más sólidas, después detalle el resto del traje, empezando por el torso, luego las botas y finalmente la parte oscura del traje.

Para el agua aplique acuarela de mezcla y después degrade con acuarela de agua, usando varios tonos de azul y celeste. Luego agregue brillos y realice las burbujas. Con el aerógrafo realice un fondo negro y resalte la luz con azul.
For the water apply blending watercolor and then degrade with watercolor watercolor, using various shades of blue and light blue. Then add glitter and make the bubbles. With the airbrush make a black background and highlight the light with blue.
Adoro el acabado con acuarelas para realizar el agua, me encanta como queda y también lo genial que es ver cómo se disuelven los colores al aplicarla, degradándose y dando ese aspecto traslúcido del agua. Otro detalle que había visto era las equis en el círculo de sus manos, eso hizo que pensará de una vez en X-Men, y si creo que ella hubiese sido una buena mutante con ese increíble poder. I love the watercolor finish to make the water, I love how it looks and also how cool it is to see how the colors dissolve when applied, degrading and giving that translucent appearance of water. Another detail I had seen was the X's in the circle of her hands, that made me think of X-Men, and yes I think she would have been a good mutant with that incredible power.
