Glorious — Hive

Muy buenas noches a todos. Después de varios días sin poder dibujar hoy por fin lo logré, dibuje con mucho miedo ya que he tenido demasiado problemas con la electricidad y el temor de que se fuera la luz y perder todo el archivo me tenía bastante ansiosa, pero por suerte todo salió bien, este dibujo comenzó como algo diferente a lo que realmente termino siendo el resultado final, a pesar de todo me gustó muchísimo me recuerda un poco a Viktor de Arcane y me di cuenta ya cuando estaba dando los últimos toques finales al dibujo, cambie la paleta de colores y el color del cabello durante el proceso para arriesgarme un poco mas y mejorar la idea principal que tenía, espero que les guste.

Good evening to all of you.
After several days without being able to draw today I finally did it, I drew with a lot of fear since I have had too many problems with electricity and the fear of losing the power and losing the whole file had me quite anxious, but luckily everything went well, this drawing began as something different to what really ended up being the final result, in spite of everything I liked it a lot, it reminds me a little bit of Viktor from Arcane and I realized it when I was giving the final touches to the drawing, I changed the color palette and the hair color during the process to risk a little bit more and improve the main idea I had, I hope you like it.

Proceso/Process

Realice mi boceto y luego comencé a pintar la piel la cual al principio la hice con tonalidades cálidas saturadas pero luego las modifique a tonos pálidos desaturados entre rosas, marrones y azules en una nueva capa añadí más colores para darle mejor forma al rostro y comencé a mezclar, quise dibujar una especie de venas oscuras alrededor de los ojos y que van hasta las mejillas y tambien pinte el cabello que al principio seria marrón.

I made my sketch and then I began to paint the skin which at first I did with warm saturated tones but then I modified them to pale desaturated tones between pinks, browns and blues in a new layer I added more colors to give better shape to the face and began to mix, I wanted to draw a kind of dark veins around the eyes and going to the cheeks and I also painted the hair that at first would be brown.

Pero no me convencía el color marrón, había cambiado el color de la piel usando tonos bastante fantasía y ese marrón no se veía para nada acorde, empecé a modificar el tono, saturación y brillo de la capa del cabello y después de pasar por todos los colores fantasía noté que ninguno me gusto, en un arranque de estrés termine colocando el cabello en blanco y sorpresivamente me gusto, quedaba con un tono azul en las partes oscuras y me encanto jajaja, básicamente fue un accidente que resulto bien para mi, luego intensifique un poco mas las venas alrededor de los ojos y después agregue un color al fondo, en este caso use diferentes tonos de azules y se me ocurrió pintar algunas líneas negras abstractas de fondo que simulan un poco esas venas que tiene en el rostro, les coloque un efecto de desenfoque para darle un poco mas de movimiento y como siempre añadí una capa de luces donde resalte la nariz, ojos y labios, finalmente edite la imagen y quise agregar un efecto borroso mas intenso alrededor de toda la imagen exceptuando el rostro.

But I was not convinced by the brown color, I had changed the color of the skin using quite fantasy tones and that brown did not look at all according, I started to modify the tone, saturation and brightness of the layer of the hair and after going through all the fantasy colors I noticed that I liked none, in a fit of stress I ended up placing the hair in white and surprisingly I liked it, it was with a blue tone in the dark parts and I love it hahaha, basically it was an accident that turned out well for me, then I intensified a little more the veins around the eyes and then I added a color to the background, in this case I used different shades of blue and it occurred to me to paint some abstract black lines in the background that simulate a little those veins on the face, I put a blur effect to give it a little more movement and as always I added a layer of lights where I highlighted the nose, eyes and lips, finally I edited the image and I wanted to add a more intense blur effect around the entire image except the face.
