This work shows four public order officials crowded over a civilian who is lying on the ground with no possibility of defending himself, while one of these officials kicks with all the confidence of knowing that he is in an advantageous position, a sample of the common pattern that the regime follows, abusing those who cannot defend themselves knowing that they will not face immediate retaliation, and in this way they manage to subdue the will of the nation.

Esta obra muestra a cuatro funcionarios del orden público abarrotados sobre un civil que se encuentra tendido en el suelo sin posibilidad de defenderse, al tiempo que uno de estos funcionarios lanza una patada con toda la confianza de saberse en una posición de ventaja, una muestra del patrón común que el régimen sigue, el abusar de quien no puede defenderse sabiendo que no enfrentará una represalia inmediata, y de esta forma logran someter la voluntad de la nación.
