Here, I'd like to share to you my entry for Hive Art Contest Poster held by @cbrsphilanthropy. You could join the Contest by clicking this👉 LINK HERE👈

This poster aims to tell students about an Art Contest related to Hive and it will be put up in a school in Venezuela.

With the theme "Hive Experience" this is what I come up with for the design.👇

I made it simple to make sure that it will be easy to understand😁

Now, join me walk through the process of creation and hope you have fun as the art progress from the start to finish.

Digital Art Process

First is to come up with an idea of what I want to make.
A little scribbles and rough lines compiling my thoughts of Hive Experience.

And then, I clean it up and refine the lines to give a better image of the ideas. This hand holding a digital pen illustrating a Hive logo in a digital tablet. While those curve lines is what I want to be a background for the other images that I will be making later.

I start to add color. Mainly a gradient Blue-light blue background. And assign different colors to the curve lines / shapes. I also put the title (Concurso de Arte Hive) right in the upper middle portion of the canvas.

In here, I added the base color for the hand and pen, hive logo and the digital tablet. Then I set shading to the curve shapes like a flowing abstract design.

In the next image, I render the tablet and the hand and pen. Also add a glow in the screen and also in the logo. This hand represents my artistic hive experience. That is why I render it in my usual art style. While the other elements that I will be putting is in different style also.

ART

I focus a lot on the art stuff because that is what I am good at. This is my passion and thankfully that hive let me share my art for everybody to see. It also let me engage with other artist and know them as well. Be inspired by their creations and learn their art style.

COMMUNITY

I also get the chance to join community such as art related communities and also make friends with the people that share the same interest. There are a lot of communities that hive can provide. It is up to you where you want to be and where you belong.

GAMING

Never forget that gaming is also here. You could share any game related stuffs like strategies in how you can win with ease. If you love to play games you might as well want to share it to your rightful community.

TRAVEL

If you enjoy traveling around the world you could also share it with hive. Let them know where have you been and what experience you have in there as well as what culture in that place may be.

MUSIC

If your trip is music, well you could also share it to anyone here. Let them hear you powerful and amazing voice or you could just share any music that you like.

CRYPTO

If your interest is in the crypto and financial aspects. You could write it down and let anyone know your incites. I saw people doing it here at hive. You will learn from them.

FOODS

Do you love to cook or eat? Well you could write it down also what delicacies do you prefer and what foods can you suggest for somebody.

You could also share in anywhere platforms and social medias you want to. Share your hive experience to the world.

There's a lot you could do here at hive. While I am mainly focusing at art 😁 others are on some different interest, but we are united by the Hive.

Lastly, I add stroke and glow effects on the title. Input the prizes as well as the other information to finish my poster design.
