I decided to play around with midjourney today and I got some cool outputs which I intend to share with you all....
Midjourney is an independent research lab exploring new mediums of thought and expanding the imaginative powers of the human species.
So I entered the prompt - "Fantasy beautiful girl surrounded by flowers and water" and got these👇👇
So it's AI season for art, I think artists know this and a few weeks back, lots of people were playing around with it and the images been generated were simply mind-blowing. Lots of artist reacted negatively to this and I think that's alright because their job and source of income was getting threatened, I felt weird too....
But the buzz is down now, we've moved on from that and some artists are embracing these AI tools. Some use it as a source of inspiration and reference while other just directly incorporate it in their art which is really cool
For me, I love the innovation, I do not think it will totally replace artist but let's see how it goes.
How to use midjourney?
- Join their discord https://discord.gg/midjourney
- Verify and visit one of the newbie channels
- Use the command /imagine and enter your prompt
- Wait for your image, that's all
You get about 25 free tries i think, and you have to subscribe when it elapses.....

She just joined the MidJourney dev team and has been working with the generative art probably the longest of anyone i am familiar with here on Hive! You got some awesome outputs! Cheers
