Dear friends of Gimmi, here we are like every Monday analyzing the numbers of your most loved NFT project ever.

But before going into the numbers, we advise you to read our presentation post if you have just arrived with us.
NFTFRAPPE' is a NFT PASSIVE EARN project where you just need to hold our NFTs in your wallet to earn an automatic weekly reward.

NFTs SOLD

To date, 154 NFTs have been sold (7 more than last week) for a total of 884,700 Hive

We remind you that all the NFTs given away with giveaways and contests are also considered in the count because even those increase the pool and are part of it to all intents and purposes.

As usual, if we subtract 10% of the @nftshowroom fees, we get 884,700 Hives all finished in our beloved pool.
51,300 more Hives than last week.

EARNINGS FROM POSTS

So this week we had a $13,297 increase to the pool from post earnings.

THE POOL

To get the value of the pool, we must first convert the earnings from posts in Hive and then add them to those deriving from sales.

The value that will come out of it will be probable even if it will not be exact due to market fluctuations and exchange rate approximations.

$257.926 is equivalent at the time of this writing to approximately 538.959 Hives.

We also had a sponsor investing in the pool this week, so this part goes up 725 Hive

The pool that is created, therefore amounts to

884.700 + 538.959 + 1,525.000 = 2,948.659 Hives

WEEKLY REWARD

Here is today's pool percentage distribution and rewards.

Today we will be distributing 5,004 weekly HIVE divided as you see in the table above.

If we want to calculate an annual return value, we just need to multiply the interest distributed this week by the number of weeks that make up a year, i.e. 52.
We thus obtain an annual interest of 260,208 Hive.
This means that we are getting a total annual return of around 24.27% on the initial investment made.

WHAT IF YOU WANT TO JOIN TODAY?

But let's take a look at the return percentage for each individual NFT this week as well.

Let's take a look at the weekly trend of the APR for each type of NFT.

Let's start with the COMMON series of NFTs.
A common NFT today has a return of around 16.36% per annum.
At the beginning of November 2022 it had an APR of 5.80%.

The purchase of a RARE NFT, to date, guarantees you a return of 19.58% per year.
Early November 2022 APR for the Rare version was 6.95%

Having an EPIC NFT in your wallet today generates an annual interest of 25.93%.
At the beginning of November 2022, however, it generated "only" 9.26%.

Finally, a SPECIAL EDITION today lets you take home 28.78% a year.
At the beginning of November 2022 it yielded 10.43%.

Cari amici di Gimmi, eccoci qui come ogni lunedì ad analizzare i numeri del vostro progetto NFT più amato di sempre.

Ma prima di addentrarci tra i numeri, vi consigliamo di dare una letta al nostro post di presentazione se siete appena arrivati da noi.
NFTFRAPPE' è un progetto di NFT PASSIVE EARN dove basta detenere nel proprio wallet i nostri NFT per guadagnare una reward settimanale automatica.

NFT VENDUTI

Ad oggi sono stati venduti 154 NFT (7 in più rispetto alla scorsa settimana) per un totale di 884,700 Hive

Ricordiamo che nel conteggio vengono considerati anche tutti gli NFT regalati con i giveaway e i concorsi perchè anche quelli aumentano la pool e ne fanno parte a tutti gli effetti.

Come al solito, se andiamo a togliere il 10% delle fee di @nftshowroom , otteniamo 884,700 Hive tutti finiti all'interno della nostra amatissima pool.
51,300 Hive in più rispetto alla scorsa settimana.

GUADAGNI DAI POST

Questa settimana abbiamo quindi avuto un incremento di 13,297 $ per la pool derivante dai guadagni dei post.

LA POOL

Per avere il valore della pool, dobbiamo convertire prima i guadagni dai post in Hive e poi sommarli a quelli derivanti dalle vendite.

Il valore che ne uscirà fuori, sarà verosimile anche se non sarà esatto dovuto alle oscillazioni di mercato e alle approssimazioni di cambio.

257,926 $ equivalgono al momento in cui scriviamo a circa 538,959 Hive.

Anche questa settimana abbiamo avuto un investimento nella pool da parte di uno sponsor, quindi questa parte sale 725 Hive

La pool che si viene a creare, ammonta quindi a

884,700 + 538,959 + 1.525,000 = 2.948,659 Hive

REWARD SETTIMANALE

Ecco qui la distribuzione percentuale della pool e le ricompense di oggi.

Oggi distribuiremo 5,004 HIVE settimanali divisi come vedete nella tabella sopra.

Se vogliamo calcolare un valore di ritorno annuo, ci basterà moltiplicare l'interesse distribuito questa settimana per il numero delle settimane che compongono un anno, e cioè 52.
Otteniamo così un interesse annuo di 260,208 Hive.
Il che significa che stiamo avendo un rientro annuale di circa il 24,27% totale sull'investimento iniziale fatto.

E SE VOLESSI ENTRARE OGGI?

Ma andiamo a vedere anche questa settimana la percentuale di rientro per ogni singolo NFT.

Andiamo a vedere l'andamento settimanale dell'APR per ogni tipologia di NFT.

Iniziamo con le serie COMMON degli NFT.
Un NFT comune ad oggi ha un rientro di circa il 16,36% annuo.
Ad inizio Novembre 2022 aveva invece un APR del 5,80%.

L'acquisto di un NFT RARE, ad oggi vi garantisce un rientro del 19,58% annuo.
Ad inizio Novembre 2022 APR per la versione Rare era del 6,95%

Avere nel proprio wallet un NFT EPIC ad oggi genera un interesse annuo del 25,93%.
Ad inizio Novembre 2022 invece generava "soltanto" il 9,26%.

Infine una SPECIAL EDITION oggi vi fa portare a casa un 28,78% all'anno.
Ad inizio Novembre 2022 rendeva il 10,43%.

Questo un piccolo riepilogo dei valori di questa settimana.

• Fino a fine Giugno tutti gli HIVE guadagnati dalle vendite dei nostri NFT, gli HIVE guadagnati dalle REWARDS dei nostri post e dalla curations verranno inseriti al 100% dentro alla POOL per aumentare i vostri guadagni più velocemente. (Verranno trattenuti sempre circa 30 SWAP.HIVE per permettere lo svolgimento dei vari giochi.

• A partire dal 23 Gennaio distribuiremo Hive

• Per aumentare i vostri guadagni abbiamo deciso di dare la possibilità a tutti i possessori dei nostri NFT di aumentare un pochino i guadagni dalla pool.
  Grazie ad una delega di HP infatti, sarà possibile aumentare i propri guadagni fino a un 10% in più rispetto al normale in questo modo:
