ThE devIL i KnoW/eL diabLo quE coNozco (Collage)

For a long time throughout my life, I have not given permission to make collages, it may be because I have not had enough cuts to do it, but the truth is that I really like doing it, so very early in the morning, I woke up with a very catchy song in my head, which says "I'm gonna stay faithful to the devil I know", it seemed like a good phrase to put in a collage, so here we are, I hope you like my post.

Por mucho rato a lo largo de mi vida, no he dado el permiso de hacer collages, puede que sea porque no he tenido los recortes suficientes para hacerlo pero lo cierto es que me gusta mucho hacerlo, así que hoy muy temprano en la mañana, me levante con una canción pegadísima en la cabeza, que dice "Seré fiel al diablo que conozco", me parecía una buena frase para poner en un collage, así que acá estamos, espero les guste mi post.

I chose a photo of the famous Matt Damon, not for anything specific, but it was the first thing I got.

Elegí una foto del celebre Matt Damon, no por nada en especifico, sino que fue lo primero que conseguí.

Then, I got more creative, I looked for a photo with a background full of tears, like a very blurred photograph with small scratches, I superimposed it, I was removing saturation, I added a darker black and white filter; I looked for a while for eyes that were brimming with tears and I also superimposed it on the original photo.

The really fun thing was doing the letters one by one, copying and pasting little by little. It was what I enjoyed the most about the whole collage, apart from playing with the overlapping of the elements and so on.

Luego, me puse más creativa, busque una foto de un fondo lleno de rasgaduras, como de una fotografía muy velada con pequeños raspones, la sobrepuse, fui quitándole saturación, agregue un filtro de blanco y negro más oscuro; busque un rato unos ojos que estuviesen rebosados de lagrimas y también lo sobrepuse a la foto original.

Lo realmente divertido fue hacerle una a una las letras, ir copiando y pegando poco a poco. Fue lo que más disfrute de todo el collage, aparte de jugar con la sobreposición de los elementos y demás.

I made a collage in English and another in Spanish, for mere leisure actually, I had fun doing it like that. Hope you like; I don't have a very deep interpretation of it apart from what you have already read of the post and what you are seeing but I would like to read your interpretations of my collage, they will be more than welcome, I look forward to reading them.

Hice un collage en ingles y otro en español, por mero ocio en realidad, me divertía hacerlo así. Espero que les guste; no le tengo una interpretación muy profundo aparte de lo que ya han leído del post y lo que están viendo pero quisiera leer sus interpretaciones de mi collage, serán más que bien recibidas, espero con ansias leerlos.
