For me, it’s all about consistency, something many people seem to lack. Do anything often enough and it becomes a habit. Form good habits and discipline is easy. I've fasted 16 hours a day for over 30 years. At this stage, it’s not willpower, it's muscle memory.

Yep, being consistent in our good habits is a critical factor and I'd go as far as saying anyone who has achieved at a good level has shown consistency.

Fasting...I fast between meals...and snacks...and when I'm asleep.

That's the very definition of intermittent fasting:)
