Reality is scary and painful, but in its beautifully ironic way, pain reminds us that we are humans and that our hearts still function. It's one way of telling us: we are alive!

Thank you for this article Jong. I'm so grateful I stumbled on your post and read it. The pain of letting go is a great reminder that you are still alive because you have felt something in you. Even though it's pain, it only proves that you are still alive, capable to love and live again!
