The other kids kept playing but Billy ran over to help the lady pick up her stuff.

Billy has been taught well by his parents or other adults to be conscious of his actions. His reaction to the situation he caused showed his tendency toward good moral judgement and taking responsibility for his actions which will aid him well as an adult. Nicely done.
