Rise with the sun

I have instilled in my children to love the dawn, that change of the night that refuses to leave and the sun that in its lazy awakening does not end up appearing, going out with the sun is something extraordinary that revitalizes our body and soul.

I have taught them that we must love life in the same way that we love nature, its paths and the light that the sun projects in every corner, in every line, going out with the sun is an experience not to be missed.

Although there are recommendations that induce people to avoid going out in the sun, I must clarify that I follow a doctor who says the opposite of the beliefs, and I certainly believe him because the sun is the source of life.
