The action of love in five minutes

The action of loving is an innate act in us human beings, but somehow we castrate it as we face pressing situations where we are the object of vexations and insults, there we begin to put certain limits and we go from love to hate, leaving aside love as the main feeling, but it is also an action.

But beyond these perverse actions that lead us to hate, it is necessary to know that when we lose the feeling of loving someone, we renounce to recreate ourselves in a harmonious way that leads us straight to suffering.

Let us never renounce to love, let us remember that to love is to surrender unconditionally not to others but to oneself, it is to act looking for the other to be happy being happy too.
