RE: A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words FORESTS AND JUNGLES NATURAL INDUSTRIES AT THE SERVICE OF THE EARTH / BOSQUES Y SELVAS INDUSTRIAS NATURALES AL SERVICIO DE LA TIERRA

Hello @alfrin. You present some useful and informative facts on forests, especially the Amazon Rain Forest. Where did you get your source for the information?

Thanks for sharing.

I am a biologist and I know this topic very well. I saw several subjects about it, so I took it from my knowledge and the elective subjects on the subject.

Now if you specifically want a peer-reviewed reference or from a specific journalist and the users show enough interest you could make the effort to search for them to illustrate the knowledge that has been expressed here.

When you say that:

"I am a biologist..."

How would your readers know if you don't disclose this information when writing the article?

It is not up to your readers to go searching for the information you provide in your article as fact. Whenever you include information that is not your property, then you must provide a source link.

This information was not taken from anywhere, it is a summary of my knowledge of the subject acquired in my experience in my work in biology and in the study of elective subjects on the subject, well, you are right, I should have based it on information that appears in official articles reviewed by Peers but this week my daughters got sick and I thought that a reflection on facts of my knowledge from my career was enough.

I could do a scientific article talking about the subject if the readers wish, but it will be next week that my daughters improve, it has been 3 days without sleep due to the fever of 40 that first was one and then it was the other, thanks for reading, happy night.

I understand @alfrin. It was not intent to intimidate you or accuse you of plagiarism . If you are an expert in the field and relied on your summary of the classes you undertook, all that was needed was to state so in the article that the information contained therein was a reflection of your knowledge. Then your readers will know from where your information was derived. Simple as that.

I'm sorry to hear your family members are ill. I'm dealing with such at the moment myself. In fact, critically ill. I wish them feeling better soon. It's a task attempting to work online when offline issues are pressing.

There is no need to publish a separate post on the matter. Thanks for your response and understanding. I know the impact of having to deal with Hive Watchers once you are suspected of using information whether visual or written that is not your property and used without permission.

Take care and have a good rest of your week.

Don't worry, thank you for the recommendations, they are well received. I will take them into account in future articles to give the best to readers.
