Do you believe in love at first sight? This is my own story.

I was just new to the state's,

The need to get to familiarise myself with the environment was my priority.

I needed to know were the market was, I needed to know were a church was.

There was this particular church close to were I was staying, so I had to give them a trial.

It was Sunday and I was all suited in my double breasted suit.

I was looking hot as my neighbour complimented me.

It was 9am as I walked into the church.

I saw how people were just admiring me.
Maybe because I was new , or maybe because my way of dressing was totally different from what they use to see in their church.

When I was sitted, my eyes started moving around the church, I was trying to familiarise myself with the settings in the church.

I immediately had to look at the instruments in church and how sophisticated they were.

I had to look at the drum boys and the bass guitar Boy.

I am a huge fan of musical instruments and I pay keen attention to them each time I'm at were they are going to be played or played.

My eyes still took me to the youth choir section.

I'm not going to lie, I saw beautiful fair ladies in that section.

There was this particular girl that caught my attention.

Omo this girl was so fine.
You know that kind of a girl that you set your eyes upon and it takes the grace of God to concentrate.

I was so admiring this girl.

They were actually two of them in the choir section.

In my head, I thought they were twins and I was wondering how I'm at least going to talk to one of them.

Church was over, I knew definitely that I needed to make a move.

It is not actually bad for you to tell someone how you feel about them.
I had to immediately make a move.
I wrote my phone number in a piece of paper and gave it to someone to give to the girl I was admiring.

I told my messenger to take that number to her and point at me when given it to her.

My messenger did as I said and I was happy.

I went home happily hopen to get a call from this girl.

Each time my phone rang, I was nervous because I wanted it to be her calling.

I stayed that day and she didn't call.

I thought to myself that maybe she does not find me attractive enough.

Two days had passed and I didn't get to hear from her.

Thursday is usually their prayer night, I thought about going for that program.

While I was still thinking about this, her call came in.

I was so happy. It was like God was calling me.

I picked up the call and she introduced herself to be Becky.

She kindly went straight to the point.

You asked me to call you and I have called you.
Please what do you want from me? Nearly does not kill a bird, I immediately poured out my heart.

Becky you made me restless on Sunday.
Immediately I saw you, I was home already.

I think you are the dream that saved my life. You are my dream girl.

I like you and I will love to get to know you the more.

I'm ready to do anything just to get to see you always.

Becky told me she was in a relationship but the relationship was not that serious.
She told me she needed something serious and she needed commitment.

I promised her I was serious about what I was telling her.

Immediately she poured out her heart too to me.
She said she was admiring me too when I came into the church.

She said she liked my height and my fashion sense.

She said she was going to give me a chance.

Can I actually at this point say this was my love at first sight?

It's been three years already and we are still together and we are doing well already.
